This afternoon, the JHS Jazz Band performed at the Pleasant Hill Jazz Festival. We had a wonderful performance that was well received by the audience present (which included two well-known and respected adjudicators). At the awards ceremony later in the evening, we learned that the Jazz Band earned 3rd place in their division, and were therefore presented a trophy. Woohoo!
